TargetRecruit provides all customers with 24 hour support, Monday to Friday

We have two different levels of support plans available so that you can select the level of service that’s right for your team.

However, all all customers will be automatically signed up for Premier Support during their first year of service, as we believe it’s an essential part of the training and customization program.

Premier Support

With Premier Support, we help your team with all aspects of implementation as well as troubleshooting any issues they may have post-launch.

After the first year, ongoing Premier support is available at an additional fee and will assist with:

  • Administrative tasks such as the creation of reports, dashboards ,custom field, workflows, data updates etc.
  • Candidate portal customization, such as changes to look and feel and customization of the online application page
  • Support queue priority, resulting in faster response time

Standard Support:

Our standard support package provides basic assistance to customers after the first year and includes:

  • Resolution of any issues/bugs and queries related to our ecosystem
  • Basic questions relating to TargetRecruit functionality
