Existing ATS used by the client was extremely cumbersome to use. The client had to track data for multiple divisions separately and needed further slicing and dicing capabilities. There was no classification between multiple divisions in existing ATS and there was no scope for any customization. Also, the client was using different systems for tracking the candidate assessment and background checks and none of them were integrated with the ATS.
Solution we offered
We were able to offer a solution to the client for analysing all relevant information in a single interface like divide the users by division, open jobs by clients, margins by division etc. Every department was able to analyze this information and could customize dashboards as per the requirement. Our platform also offered the ability to integrate with many 3rd party applications to avoid duplication of efforts and any errors in manual data entry.
We became an integrated platform for the client for all of their critical business operations. The client was able to save time and money by avoiding duplicate and manual data entry in multiple systems. However, what client loved the most was the independence that the solution offered- ability to customize screen, internal tracking and visibility and an easy to learn interface.
