WTS Energy is the leading Consultant/ Manpower Supply Company to the international Oil, Gas and Energy industry. It supplies consultants for projects and operations as well as offers outsourcing services to companies across 16 countries.
The client lacked an effective recruitment system to manage hiring process and adhere to compliance norms globally. With client’s presence across 16 countries, a flexible and customizable system was needed to get the local aspects of recruitment within the system. The legacy system in place was offline and didn’t meet the changing needs of business. There was no support available for the existing system as well as it lacked flexible portal systems. With no front-to-back office integration, the system was proving to be an obstacle to the growth of business.

We offered the customizability that client’s recruitment process needed. The client was able to streamline and simplify hiring process to make it efficient. With reporting and analytics within TargetRecruit, the client was able to keep a close eye on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and track performance regularly. With our financial tool, invoices and contracts could be easily managed.
TargetRecruit proved to be very efficient in improving the efficiency of client’s hiring process and reduce manual effort. In addition to this, the client was impressed with the product robustness and extensive support provided.
