Zycron, a multinational IT solutions provider faced a rather ubiquitous problem of recruitment. Being in the people-intensive industry of information technology services and solutions it was imperative for Zycron to have a comprehensive solution for their recruitment needs. Zycron needed a standard centralized system to share information across their various offices across the country representatives and recruiters. They needed a system which would capture historical information and every touch point with the customer and the candidate.
