Reena Gupta, TargetRecruit’s founder and CEO, was selected for an upcoming feature by the Women of Distinction, a New York-based magazine, which focuses on publishing articles on women who are pioneers, disruptors or visionaries in their industries.
While we wait for the green-light to release her spotlight feature in the publication, take 30 minutes to hear her story and advice in this podcast.
Q: Are there any professional challenges that you have faced that has contributed to your overall success?
A: “The term “challenges” comes in different forms and ways to handle [each situation]… Things can change at a rapid pace in our company. I may have the whole day planned, or I could get a call from my kid’s school that they have to be picked up. Challenges could be simple or complex, but knowing how to handle the challenges cannot be done if you don’t have a mindset that things can change. You have to be adaptable to change, and when it changes, just accept the situation and work on it.”
