With a strong background in recruitment and a Masters in Computer Application, Reena is widely recognized for her entrepreneurship. She has been selected as one of the top executives by Business TN (2006) and also featured in Entrepreneur Magazine. Reena was recognized as one of CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel, which spotlights influential omen leaders with extraordinary expertise and vision in tech. She also featured as a Power 50 Solution Provider.
Reena is also the President and CEO of Avankia LLC, a cloud based consulting company, offering consultancy on Salesforce.com, which includes implementation, customization and application development.

In 2012 Bill received a call from TargetRecruit’s sales team while running an employer of record company with several thousand employees on payroll for clients like Gatorade, Discovery Communications, and Disney. The salesperson explained that TargetRecruit was an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) built on the Salesforce.com platform. Bill had been a founder of an ATS and realized the the power that Salesforce brought to the table. Foreseeing the added value Bill began providing the technology to his company’s clients. Eventually, because of the success in leveraging the platform for clients and the tremendous opportunity, Bill joined the TargetRecruit team to help grow and scale the business worldwide.
Bill created and managed Emergent, which was one of the fastest growing contingent workforce employment services in the U.S. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Entertainment Partners, ranking among the largest employers of contingent labor in the U.S.) Additionally, he launched and was an executive at the business unit that grew to become ECG (one of largest contingent workforce management business in the world with annual gross revenues exceeding $2.5B).
As an entrepreneur with a strong background in information technology applications and software development, he has developed innovative human resources and business training solutions using online media and custom software. He also established, built and led an applicant tracking company focused on creating pre-qualified candidate databases through the use of shared talent pools.
Recognized in the industry for his expertise, Bill is regularly invited to speak at national HR and Staffing events for HR.com, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and the Institute of Human Resources. He also also been interviewed by industry press including U.S. News and World Report, The Fordyce Letter and ERE.
Bill is also actively involved in his local community in Los Angeles. He is a board member of Manhattan Beach Youth Athletics and supports local schools, charities, and non-profits through his organization.
Dan is Vice President of TargetRecruit LLC. He has over 16 years of experience in business development, enterprise technology and e-commerce in a wide range of areas including retail, wholesale, marketing and advertising.

He also has been working in the incubation process of Salesforce.com, to launch new products for SaaS enablement.
Rajeev earned his Masters and Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and went on to earn an MBA from Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
